A public hearing will be held at 6:00pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at the Mills County Annex Conference Room located at 403 Railroad Ave., Glenwood, during the regularly scheduled Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to discuss and take formal action on:
Discussion/Formal Action on Conditional Use Permit #26-09 for the proposed Utility Scale Solar Farm, involving the production of utility scale energy located on the properties in the St. Mary’s and Oak Townships in the Agricultural and Industrial Zoning Districts, To see a listing of parcels or proposed project map please contact or visit the Mills County Building and Zoning Office during the hours of Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00-12:00 or Tuesday and Thursday 12:30-4:30 pm.
